Invest U.S. Regional Center Designation
On October 28, 2010, Invest U.S. Regional Center received designation from USCIS as an EB-5 Regional Center approving it to solicit qualifying investments from foreign investors, and administer those investments, under the EB-5 Pilot Program.
What is a designated Regional Center?
A Regional Center is any organization that has been specifically approved by the USCIS. A Regional Center exists to increase growth, economically, and to promote overall economic productivity within a specified region. All EB-5 investments must be demonstrated and verified as an investment within an approved Regional Center.
