On October 28, 2010, Invest U.S. Regional Center received designation as an EB-5 Regional Center approving it to solicit qualifying investments from foreign investors, and administer those investments, under the EB-5 Pilot Program.
Thirteen (13) contiguous rural counties in southwestern Wyoming, northeastern Utah and northwestern Colorado:
Colorado:
Jackson, Moffat, Rio Blanco, Routt.
Utah:
Daggett, Duchesne, Uintah.
Wyoming:
Carbon, Fremont, Lincoln, Sublette, Sweetwater, Uinta.
